Flexible charging structure
Our cost effective specialist HR support service, provided to businesses across Scotland, can start from as little as £70/month.
Levels of service
Our service will be designed to meet your needs and is flexible in its approach.
We can design a support level for your individual business requirements, for example:
level 1: Phone and email support:
You will be allocated a qualified and experienced HR consultant who will visit your organisation, review current policies and offer guidance and recommendations.
You will have access to your consultant by phone/email for advice on legislation and assistance with the more difficult HR decisions 24/365 days.
Level 2: As per level 1, but with additional bespoke template letters, documentation, staff handbook and one day's HR training per year.
Level 3: As per level 2, but with a half day monthly visit to provide specific support.
ad-hoc project work: Provided at a highly competitive rate for organisations engaged in any of the above levels.
